FREIGHT & SHIPPING
All dates regarding shipping and delivery are estimates. We cannot guarantee shipping or delivery dates as we have no affiliation with the freight forwarders and couriers.
All CAN-ICE products are shipped with third party freight companies. The third party shipping company is instructed to reach out to you prior to delivery to set up a drop-off window. All shipping timelines are estimates and can vary due to weather or other events.
Your rink shipment will be delivered to the end of your driveway on a pallet roughly 120” x 60” x 15″ or 63″ x 50″ x 12″. Some freight companies require the individual removal of panels by hand while others offer a white glove service.
CAN-ICE ships worldwide including air and ocean freight.
We reserve the right to amend shipping policies and costs at any time.
CAN-ICE MANUFACTURING LEAD TIMES
As a result of very high international demand for CAN-ICE Pro Series panels for commercial training centers, manufacturing lead times are much longer than normal, at approximately 12 weeks, but cannot be guaranteed. CAN-ICE Glide Masters 2’x2′ tiles are in-stock in our Canadian warehouse and are available immediately for international shipping.
WARRANTY
Can-Ice warrants that the product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of sale. Warranty is based upon proper installation and maintenance.
*Exclusions
- Use of the product for any purpose other than that for which it was intended by the manufacturer
- Effects resulting from cleaning methods/materials and/or improper storage
- Improper installation, handling and/or repairs
- Sub-base design and performance
- Vandalism, fire, lightning, abuse, negligence or neglect or any other event outside the reasonable control of Can-Ice
The product is subject to normal wear and tear from use. Normal wear and tear is not a manufacturing defect and is not covered by this warranty.
